I thought by accepting the cheapest rate which was Care More Home care was the way to go, Well it was an error on my part.... i also had an issue with the Language Barrier. This Company is owned and operated solely by Philippine Nationals. Upon getting through all the communication gaps moving on to the first day the Caregiver was 4 hours late and told me she did not have a car and was waiting for a ride. The Problems continue, the incorrect medication was given to my Husband causing us to call Paramedics. Keep in mind the Care More Home Care Company was only in my House for 1 week. The final straw was the Caregiver and owner Raquel Lacuesta were meeting to square away the issues and after they were done talking I noticed a $2000.00 item missing from my Den where they were talking. Later Raquel Lacuesta the owner and the Caregiver denied taking the item, which was there for 35 years prior to them using my Den as a place to meet. I let Care More home Care go, Fired.... so they left and I hired a Company that was a bit more in price but it has been perfect since the new caregiving company took over. When Care More Home Care sent me my final Bill it was three times what it should have been. Trying to speak with Raquel was a mess, she certainly plays the language barrier card to her advantage. So I will let a Court handle the unorganized and disonest Company Care More Home Care in the Court Room.

Irina, thank you for all the care and the great customer service skills for physical therapy, without your help and knowledge, I wouldn't be able to get back my Range of Motion on my knee as fast as I did. The day of my knee replacement surgery the surgeon mentioned that he requested a Physical Therapy at home to start as soon as possible, por my surprise I received a call the day that I was discharged from the hospital from Irina. Irina, with her great customer service skills, asked to see if I was available for assessment on the following day of my surgery. I will tell all that a knee replacement is a very painful procedure especially when it comes to physical therapy. Thankfully with the knowledge and care of Irina, the PT was very easy with minimal pain and discomfort. Thank You Irina for all the care!!!!
