The owner presents herself in a professional manner which makes you think the experience with her company will be the same. Regretfully, I hired her company to care for my dying husband. , She struggled to locate an appropriate nurse. On the first day, the nurse who came kept her hoodie on all day and spoke negatively about the company and the owner. I had hoped it was just a disgruntled employee, but much of what she said was shown to be true. The company requires a deposit of at least 2 weeks. They quickly charge the deposit. They cancel days when they can't supply a nurse and will STILL charge you. My husband died after seven days of care. I asked numerous times for the statement of my account to see what was charged. They refused to present my account statement. There is a medical kit and a notebook on their property that were left at my home. After 30 days that was the excuse of why there was no refund. I have offered to meet to pick it up and would mail it, if necessary. The amount now presented to refund is a rip-off and not what is due. They will find a way to keep your money. The owner hides behind a 45-day refund policy, which has passed. Why would it take 45 days to reconcile an account for a patient who lived seven days? The items will be returned, and then we will be in court to fight over the true amount owed. Please be very careful if you choose Care the Wright Way. read more
