Excellent care and very clean office. The staff in the back are very friendly and thoroughly…read moreexplained our care. The front desk was a little different. I felt like they should be greeting patients maybe instead of waiting for the patient to say something. It was very transactional at the front desk. Dr Wu and the dental assistants were amazing and treated my 3 children wonderfully. We look forward to our next check up in 6 months.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!…read more These folks are absolutely AWESOME!! Irma, Esther and Dr Wu: thank you for your kindness, compassion and professionalism on our first visit, in treating a 19 year old who was terrified of the dentistry experience. You ladies really helped keep him calm and cooperative throughout his first complete visit and all of you were helpful in your motherly concern and care that is TOP NOTCH. Nothing but KUDOS to all of you. Thank you so very kindly. Dr Lind: thank you, thank you and thank you. You are truly a pro at your trade. Thank you for a quick, thorough and skillful hand in treating a young man with a complicated dental history. Thank you for your verbal encouragement throughout the procedure which helped this young man endure much needed treatment. Reception Desk Staff: Ladies, all of you have been patient, understanding and kind in our experience with you. Thank you for the work you do everyday and know that there is someone out there who appreciates you, in what many of us deem as the most thankless job. You matter more than you know. On behalf of Drew and I: In the spirit of my military service: I salute you all for exceptional dental service in the equivalent of a military style of excellence! Going to start off by saying the front desk ladies are so sweet and helpful! Some of the staff I…read moreconnected with and built trust with where as others I didn't.. If you or anyone you know is looking for a dentist please avoid Dr. Kappel Family Dentistry!! I'm so mad at myself for not walking away with the first red flag of them breaking my tooth during a cleaning and making me pay out of pocket for it to be fixed. Fast forward to other procedures they did on me, I had a horrible cavity in one of my molars and requested for them to take it out and they told me I was to young to have my teeth pulled but I knew what I wanted and didn't mind because it was a molar that nobody would be able to see.. anyway, they went ahead and started the procedure to put a crown over it however due to the big cavity I had they never cleaned it up or anything just put my crown over it and sent me on my way.. they started this procedure August 4th and had me come back FOUR different times for them to try to get my crown to fit correctly and finally the last time they told me they had "special glue" that would work for it and wouldn't cause it issues.. when all was said and done I got my permanent crown from them August 26th and it still was not fitting correctly. Last Friday my mouth started to throb while at work and I didn't think anything of it lost my appetite and did not drink much water or anything throughout the entire weekend. I went to work Monday and felt a little worse with the throbbing so I called the same dentist and tried getting in and told them I was a little soar and was swollen on the same side they did my procedure. I was supposed to go in the next day but woke up puking, had shivers/hot flashes and wasn't able to keep anything down so I ended up in the ER Tuesday night. The next morning I went to that same dentist and all they did was prescribed an antibiotic to fight the infection I thought they'd at least take the crown off and see what was under it as it literally felt like it was going to explode in my mouth! They didn't.. I came home went to bed that night and woke up the next morning with my mouth swollen even worse so I reached out to a different dentist that got me in for a consultation the same day (yesterday) and was able to get me in today for an emergency root canal to stop the infection and relieve some of my pain.. they were so nice and walked me through every little step they were about to do before they did it. My swelling is already going down because they took the time to care and actually help me out. Sorry for the long post.. but I hope everyone looks more into who they allow to work on their teeth! I drove all the way to the dentist today traumatized from this dentist that worked on my teeth.. Arrived at the new one and everyone welcomed me with open arms today even when I was sobbing to them about not wanting the procedure to hurt.. I have NEVER cried going to a dentist but I did today because of my last experience at this dental office.

Let me start by saying what so many people often feel.... I dislike very much going to the dentist,…read moreBUT this place is a gem that eased my anxiety. The staff is friendly, I was greeted as I walked in, they were prompt with my paperwork and I was seen on time. The dental tech who did my X-ray and cleaning was very pleasant, really enjoyed her conversation and professionalism. I highly recommend giving them a try. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit and cleaning.... and that's a first ever for me when it comes to dentists.
