Taylor, my mom's nurse, and Melissa, her social worker, were truly exceptional -- kind, attentive, and incredibly compassionate with not only my mom who was their patient, but also with my dad, always treating both of them with dignity and warmth. Their presence brought comfort not only to my mom and dad, but to our entire family. We will always be thankful for the respect, care, and peace of mind they gave us when we needed it most. I highly recommend Serenity for home hospice care.

Robbed us of time. Also came in one morning to find her lying in a pool of her own urine. Inexcusable. Having said that, the staff including nurses were lovely and hard working, though they obviously need to check on patients more frequently overnight. My issues are more with the management's philosophy on hospice care and the lack of an individual treatment plan for my loved one. The goal of hospice shouldn't be to accelerate or facilitate death. Each case and treatment need to be accessed on an individual basis.

The owner here is incredibly rude and unprofessional. While we were standing outside, the owner…read morecame out to complain about us 'blocking' the door--which we were not. This was before the business was even open, and there were no other customers around. He then used his sidewalk sign as a barrier to block off the entrance, hitting my sister with the sign repeatedly in the process to force her to move. He could have easily asked us politely to make space, but instead, he was aggressive for no reason. Other bystanders witnessed his behavior and commented on how rude he was. Again, there were no customers waiting or looking to enter the store at the time. I would not recommend this business. In fact, when we mentioned this to other businesses in the shopping center, they told us that he is consistently unpleasant to both customers and staff.
