Like so many here, I had a fence section blow over in the February (I believe) wind storm.  Needless to say, contractors came and contractors went and no real luck at getting the 8 foot section replaced as prices went through the roof. Well...I figured I could fix it but I due to personal circumstances, I couldn't put in the upright 4x4 post.  I stumbled on FixIt Cheyenne's post when he got the signage for his truck so I thought I would try again, with another contractor. He gave me a reasonable price and was here the next day to dig out the old post and put in the new one!  Oh, my golly!  Plumb, level and square!  He even gave me tips for installing the new cross posts and pickets!  That, folks, is how you do customer service and help people out in the community who can do some things, but not all.  I am forever grateful.  Moral:  It doesn't matter where you phone number is from, as long as you are doing the work right (and I was able to keep it local, too)! These people misdiagnosed or lied about the condition of the trees and the price was extremely expensive. I was sleepless for three months after and am still hurt. Afterwards, the woman said that they could have saved them if the customer wanted, but, oddly, she never said that to me during the process. Do not trust this firm to be forthcoming. They charged full price, even though I told them I had a coupon for half price.
