I cannot adequately voice our gratitude for due to the fact we have absolutely no means to transport her, the only outings she gets is a four block push to another great place, Chopsticks. This is the only break away from her bedroom and house other than trips for medical appointments. Carrying her and I to Longhorn Steakhouse will be a wonderful added memory to her special Day. Thank you Kevin and George G. at Waco Transit for making this possible on 6/5. Please forgive me if I am wrong on scheduler's name as the paper I wrote the info I'm not able to locate. He passed on Sherry's story and need to Mr. G who gave supervisory approval to provide her transportation. Thank you for your kindness and generosity at Waco Transit.

I booked this car service for a ride to the airport. I asked what type of vehicle, and a photo of…read morea Town Car with advertisement and permit number on it and a picture and name of the driver. Instead, the driver arrived in a Toyota Corolla with: - A duct-taped headlight - A "maintenance required" light on during the 90 minute drive The driver arrived early, he explained that his town car was in the shop & that he was using his sister's car. While I understand that things happen, this change was not communicated in advance, which I believe is important when a customer is expecting a specific type of service. Additionally, the driver mentioned that he was unable to assist with lifting my luggage, so I had to load my suitcase myself. Again, I understand individual limitations, but this should also be communicated ahead of time, as most customers booking a private car service expect assistance. To be fair, the driver was polite & did get me to the airport on time. However, the main issue here is lack of transparency & service not matching what was advertised. Unfortunately, I had to catch a flight & I did not have time to change my arrangements to make the flight, so I was stuck using this service. I also noticed that there is only one 5 - star review associated with this business, & it appears to be someone connected to the driver, which raises concerns about how representative the rating actually is. I would recommend confirming vehicle type & service details in advance before booking.
