I want to share my recent experience with Big Care LLC in case it helps someone else avoid confusion or wasted time.
When I first applied and scheduled an interview, no one showed up. A few days later, I received another interview request (possibly from a different person), and that interview went well, so I decided to move forward.
As I continued through the onboarding and training process, I noticed something concerning: it stated that training pay would not be received until after a 90-day review, even though the training was expected to be completed within about two weeks.
I sent an email early Friday morning asking for clarification before continuing. By Tuesday, I still hadn't received a response, so I decided to withdraw from the process due to the lack of communication and uncertainty around pay.
Interestingly, as soon as I sent my withdrawal email, I received an immediate response saying, "wish you the best," but still no clarification regarding the training pay.
I'm not making any accusations--just sharing my experience. For me, clear communication and understanding when you'll be paid is important, especially when required training is involved.
Just a heads up to others: ask questions, get clarity in writing, and pay attention to how companies communicate with you early on. read more
