She makes promises and follows through on none - repeatedly, then she blames the client for being upset. She seems young and inexperienced with a casual manner of communication that is highly unprofessional. She cannot handle her level of responsibility. She shouldn't be in her current job. If you get Kieu as your Care Coordinator, RUN! You'll surely be disappointed. Because of our experience with Kieu, I would not count on ABC home care to scoop my dog's poop reliably let alone care for my aging father's needs.
