I live in Boston and found James Cress Florist on DoorDash and ordered directly through the app. The flowers were delivered in a few hours and after my friend sent me a picture, I thought they looked a little different from the photo. I called the shop and spoke to James directly about the issue. He knew off the bat what the issue was - he told me he reviews/approves all arrangements before they head out the door and the DoorDash driver came in and grabbed the flowers before he had a chance to (as you can imagine, its a busy time of year). He looked at the photo and agreed that the arrangement wasn't what I ordered, apologized for the inconvenience and told me a new arrangement would be heading out soon to my friend for her birthady. I could tell in James' voice that he was sincerely sorry about this and how much pride he takes in his arrangements, his store and his customers. The new arrangement arrived at my best friends house within a few hours and it was perfect! Amazing customer service and gorgeous, beautiful arrangements. Support this small business and you will not be disapointed! I reached out to FromYouFlowers.Com who handled the order and delegated to Acacia to fulfill. They gave me 20% back, that didn't even cover the shipping I paid. This became a ruined gift, I am highly disappointed. Not even an offer to fix it, just - here's $13 deal with it.
