Best experience with electrician, hands down I would give 10+ stars for my experience. Chris was extremely helpful over the phone and with our needs. We also got to work with Harold, who was super responsive and kind. Mike, the other tech was especially helpful when we were in a big time of stress cause we had a faulty breaker panel that was due to a poor home inspection. Plus some outlets that were also unsafe. They fixed all of these issues in a 2 day period and for a good price. I'll be asking for Mike for anything we need in the future he was the best, taking care of everything we needed. Mike went above and beyond by explaining issues to me while he was inspecting our outlets and breaker so I knew why they needed to be fixed, and so much more about electric in my condo that will help me down the road in knowing if something is going wrong Thank you guys!

It gave me peace of mind to know it was just the bulb that was bad. I would definitely use them again in the future and glad to learn about all their services. Peace of mind is everything. I recently hired this company to replace the insulation at my parents' home, and I cannot recommend…read morethem enough! Since the installation, my parents have already noticed a significant drop in their monthly energy bills, which has been such a huge relief for them. It is a wonderful, family-oriented business. Kyle, the lead salesman, was incredibly kind and patient while explaining the process to my parents, making sure they felt comfortable every step of the way. It's rare to find that level of genuine care and professionalism. They also beat the price of another local company that had previously quoted us. I've been sharing their information with everyone at our church who mentions needing insulation installation or removal. If you're looking for honest, high-quality work from good people, this is the team to call!

I used this company to remove the old blown-in insulation and replace with spray-foam…read more The quote was competitive and stated Remove all insulation and spray foam open cell R-20, 5" to 5 1/2". They came out on the first day and vacuumed out the majority of the blown-in insulation. After they left I went into the attic and found there was areas where there was still blow-in insulation. I called Tom and advised him and he stated the crew would remove any remaining blown-in insulation before they sprayed any foam in that area, (my job included spraying the ceiling area over the garage). They did not do that and when they sprayed in the foam, it blew the old blown-in insulation all over. While they were taking a break, I inspected the areas they had completed and noticed they missed some of the exterior walls. In addition, they did not spray to the quoted thickness over the garage area. In some areas, the foam is not even to the top of the 2x4s (which are 3 1/2") and only 1 1/2" thick. I pointed this out to Tom and he stated they would go back and fix it. additionally, when they were finished I noticed, they did not seal and spray foam over the attic fan exhaust vent. When I discussed this with Tom, he promised he would return to fix everything the following evening. He did not show up, call or text. I called him the next day and he apologized and we rescheduled for him to come out a few days later and fix everything. Again, he did not show up, call or text. Now I'm having to make other arrangements to fix and complete my insulation project.
