Instead of properly diagnosing the problem first, they started replacing parts and charging time and mileage without clearly explaining what was actually wrong with the truck. After hours of work, the truck was not repaired and was left in worse condition than when they arrived. Only after the truck was made worse did they tell me there "might be" a serious engine problem. At that point, they had the truck towed to their own yard and presented me with a very high invoice with fees, mileage, software charges, and processing fees that were never clearly approved. When I tried to resolve it in good faith and offered a partial payment to walk away (since the truck was never fixed), they refused and instead held my truck and loaded trailer until the full amount was paid. This caused me: * Missed deliveries * Lost revenue * Huge stress and downtime If you are an owner-operator or a fleet, be very careful. This shop uses complicated paperwork and aggressive billing to trap customers after a breakdown. I would not recommend this shop to any trucker or transportation company.

Everybody at Mike's alignent and muffler service was so friendly and nice. They were very transparent with the cost and what needed to be done. They are very trustworthy and answered every question I had very thoroughly. They squeeze me in and fix my car within an hours. The owner was very kind that he gave me a ride to a hiking trail so I could proceed with my hiking plans instead of waiting around for hours in their office. Their service was exceptional. The vehicle does not even begin to apply the brakes before rolling 10 feet. It is an extreme danger to drive. I got in the car with them to test drive in order to demonstrate the issue. They claimed this was the expected performance of the brakes and that they had been fixed. I was taken aback that they would lie to my face in this manner repeatedly, and instead they refused to address the issue, claiming that I had been rude and claiming that they had fixed the brakes. I'd say it's rude to gaslight your customers and hand them the keys to a deathtrap. I'll be attempting to stop payment and/or bringing the case to small claims court. Unbelievable.

Invoice # 218041…read more Yesterday we drove from Sedona to Phoenix and this morning the car would not start so we called AAA The AAA mechanic showed me that the battery contacts had corroded through so it failed completely and suddenly. The mechanic who installed it at the Sedona Service Center & Jaws Towing LLC had forgotten to put the anti-corrosion washers and also failed to put petroleum jelly on. A rookie mistake which had serious consequences. the only way to get the old battery out was to remove the whole anode as it could not be detached from the connector as it was fused solid. The AAA guy said this happens a lot in AZ when the anti-corrosion materials are not used. The battery is out of the two year warranty. I hope that you can tighten up your systems so that this does not occur to some other unfortunate motorist. The car had to be towed and it took 30 hours before it could be driven again and a bill of $395 for the battery and fix up. I will wait for your reply before writing a review.
