They have seven rooms with multiple technicians on-site, unlike other centres that may only have a few technicians per day. They're also open seven days a week, which makes scheduling much easier. I originally had a requisition for ODC, but after reading less-than-great reviews across their many GTA locations, I preferred to avoid a potentially traumatic experience. I called Trinity directly and was able to book an appointment right away for two ultrasounds and an X-ray. Maha performed my ultrasounds and was very kind, professional, and clearly experienced. I appreciated that I didn't have to change into a gown -- I only needed to uncover the specific areas being examined. In the past, I've had to wear awkward gowns and wait in shared rooms with strangers, so this was a much more comfortable experience. You're taken directly into the room, and it's just you and the technician. Gerard assisted me with my X-ray, which was done fully clothed and efficiently. Overall, the experience felt respectful, private, and well-organized. I also loved the fish tank in the reception area -- the fish seemed very content and it was a calming, thoughtful touch. The place is so…read moreconvenient and only about 5 min walk from home Also the front desk agent was very nice and sweet, didn't have to answer many questions after the requisition form was submitted along with the health card. I was in and out within 15 minutes of entry, so impressed by the fastness and at the same time they don't rush you to get something done quickly. Everything was quite smooth and done/dusted. If i had to, i would choose this place again for any sort of x-ray or ultrasound

we had a quick and efficient experience at the medical clinic offering immigration services. from…read morecheck-in to leaving, the entire process took less than 40 minutes. the waiting time before going inside was about 15 minutes, and the assessment with the doctor, dr. yakubovskaya, was incredibly brief, lasting well under a minute. however, finding the clinic was a bit tricky as there weren't clear signs with the clinic name directing guests to its location, though the large "medscan" logo was present. overall, a smooth and fast process once inside!
