The staff were prompt and I had no problem. BUT on the second visit, I was taken back into the dental chair, given a bib and some eye protection and then I was left there for over a half hour. No assistant, No dentist, No one to say "we're running a little behind", nothing but the sound of the dentist working on someone else. When I decided I'd had enough waiting with no explanation why, I walked out of the dental area passing a room with chairs and computers, and the assistant was surfing the internet, oblivious to me sitting there for over a half hour. Needless to say, I walked out of the building, and CHC never even called to see why I walked out. Obviously they don't give a crap. Dr. Ede does excellent work, but CHC needs to improve on customer care and on promptness. I will say, the ladies at the front desk are excellent!

Unfortunately, I've had to visit this hospital several times over the past few years due to my…read moreelderly mother's declining health. Some were just ER visits and others were admits that lasted several days. On each occasion, my mother was treated thoroughly and with respect by a caring, compassionate staff. The doctors explained every situation and listened with care as we explained the problem. I'm not going to say every single thing was perfect, but overall they treated us exceptionally and My mother continues to thrive because of their care.

Absolutely the best emergency room doctor there is. He doesn't sit and argue with you, he listens…read moreto you. He doesn't act like a jerk or talk down to you either. He treats you like an intelligent person. He gets the job done and treats you with respect. By far, hands down, absolutely the best there is. I would trust him with my life. Could you please teach the other doctors how to behave?
