Not only did he consistently ask for more money and gave us a hard time about anything we asked, he also broke our power vent during install and tried to refuse to come back to fix it without paying extra. We requested he come service it again once he finally agreed to fix the power vent but once it was up and running we found it had a leak from the pressure valve. He again refused to come back out to look into it without paying an additional $480 even though we had a labor warranty. Now it's still leaking and needing to be fixed but he won't return our calls and blocked us from his Facebook page which I left a review on.

The deposit invoice included a sales tax line in New Hampshire, which is not required; the company later said it was to cover Square processing fees. Attempts to discuss pricing or request adjustments were ignored, and they sent a text demanding payment within three hours after completion, after declining to accept a check. I recommend reviewing invoices carefully. Overall, the process was disorganized and unprofessional, and I will not use this company again.

After quickly assessing the damage, he presented me with two options: rebuild and reseal the current trap or outright replace it.
