But if you have more than one vehicle or have visitors often, this is NOT the place for you. One of the biggest issues is parking. Don't expect to get an extra parking space. Every time I've asked, I'm told there's a waiting list and that they're "working on it." I've also been told this has been an issue for years. If that's true, then I don't understand why it still hasn't been fixed or why there doesn't seem to be any progress. Every time I ask, I get the exact same response: "There's a list. We can't just give you a parking spot. You have to wait." Visitor parking is another huge problem. Guests need a parking pass, but the office is only open Monday through Friday. So if you have unexpected visitors on the weekend, you're pretty much out of luck because there's no way to get a pass. The problem is they have a towing company constantly driving around the park, watching how long cars are parked, and they will tow vehicles. I really wish someone would've told me about the parking situation before I moved here. I'm now stuck getting a parking pass for my own second vehicle every couple of days, and that's just my personal situation. I'm not saying this is a bad place to live because it's actually peaceful. I just think people should know what they're getting into before they move here. Overall, it's a nice place, but the parking and visitor policies are a huge downside. Sometimes it honestly feels more like a prison system than a place you're supposed to call home.

I have heard from other tenants if you do have someone spend the night it is a charge of $100. Not only are you not appreciated as a tenant you are treated as a child who needs constant supervision. The manger does love to drive around the park exhearting her importance and constantly spying on people just waiting to write you up for anything at all.
