These greedy land grabbers took a once beautiful little retirement town and have ruined it into the…read moretown of ten thousand houses. The problem is that it is ALL houses, no shopping centers, No road improvements. It takes an hour just to get across town where there is only one Walmart for 5 surrounding towns. Traffic has become horrible, many of these new purchasers are driving into LA or OC spending countless hours jamming up the freeways. At least build some more stores and gas stations to support all of these tight fit houses you built. You can pass the mustard from house to house they are so close together. And MANY of these new home buyers are barely making their house payments, you are going to have alot of Repos coming soon. Enough houses in Banning and Beaumont!

I turned down 4 other offers, with just as many builders, waiting for Tri Pointe. Not only have interest rates gone up from 2.75% to over 3%, the homes have now increased by $30k+. My biggest pet peeve with this company is that in the 7 months that I have been WAITING, NOT ONE New Home Specialist has reached out to inform me of any delays (which would have made me a little more understanding about the wait time). The only time I have received any kind of response, was after MY REALTOR AND I called them SEVERAL TIMES. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. And now, they are not releasing any new phases for ANY of their homes for the next 30-60 days. Which now means I have to wait even longer! I understand that we are in a pandemic, but we were in a pandemic when I was pre-approved and was told of only (an initial) 60/90 day timeframe, that is now turning into almost a year (of being on a priority list). If this is how they handle potential buyers, I can only image how they treat the homeowners.

We officially moved into the home approx. 2 weeks later when our furniture arrived. On the first night we ran the bathtub only to find out that the hoses were never connected and our main bath and main bedroom flooded. Well fast forward to today when the water mitigation team came in. Now we have plastic up, no baseboard and no timeline for completion of the project. This, of course, is on top of almost all of the cabinets and damaged or not functioning correctly, one window that needs replacement and we finally had our garage doors installed 2 days ago but are not painted yet. Do I recommend KH? No, Am I beyond frustrated? YES. One more excuse from KH and I will no longer be dealing with them, I will let someone representing me deal with them.

For our solar, it took them 6 month to figure out what is wrong with our paper work. Nobody knows what's going on and they keep trying to blame on somebody else. I was promised to get compensated but the representative who was responsible for my case never picked up my phone call and kept hanging up on me when I called him. The home warranty is good for a year. We submitted some tickets to try to get some stuff fixed. One of the problem we have is there are nails showing all over the edge of the carpet and we have two little ones running in the house keep getting poked by those nails. Those nails have already scratched my toe and my toe was bleeding from it. This is a huge safety hazard. The guy who came to try to fix those nails told my husband no one really walk on the edge of the walkway and maybe the kids will grow older soon. He only fix the stairs and then he left without fixing any nails that are upstairs. Great he doesn't have to worry about kids hurting themselves from the bad work they did. I literally do not have the time and energy to fight with those people. It's your job to ensure the home you build is up to standard and at least not hurting people. Plus, there is no customer service when it comes to this company. Will never ever buy another house from Woodside.

The 4 Brothers were very funny and had a variety of songs they did. They did a great job involving the audience with many of their songs, and comedy that they did. The show lasted an hour and one half and was very funny and with musical entertaining the entire time. They gave the audience the time to think back on some of the songs they were singing, and even allowed the audience time to sing it again with them. Very unusual and very different musical act. But it was very entertaining and Funny !

From the first walk through, Kevin listened to what I wanted, gave honest feedback about what would work in my space, and helped me make smart decisions instead of just trying to upsell me. The old kitchen felt dark and dated. Now it feels open, bright, and modern, and it fits the style of my Palm Springs home. The layout is much more functional, the cabinets are solid and well installed, and the tile and countertop work are clean with tight lines and details that actually line up. You can tell they care about the finish work. Communication was straightforward the whole way through. Kevin kept me updated on scheduling, inspections, and any changes, and if something needed to be adjusted he explained the options clearly and then followed through. The crew was respectful of my home, showed up when they said they would, and cleaned up at the end of each day. If you are looking for a reliable contractor for a kitchen remodel in Palm Springs, I would definitely recommend San Gorgonio Builder.
