Been with the company for 17 year, caravan has given me the opportunity to work at all of its FCA sites. Plenty of opportunity to move up in the company, and travel if you like. Great support team in our front office. read more

Hi, I am going to be a senior in high school during the 2016-2017 school year. I decided I wanted a summer job before the year began, and I ended up with an internship at Caravan! While employed there I worked primarily with the Sales department, but also in Human Resources. Going in to the internship, I hoped to gain an experience working in a real business office. I left the summer with not only this experience, but also more skills in Microsoft programs like Excel and the ability to more efficiently organize. I assisted with bid coordination, finance, and auditing processes. I loved working here, the office is busy and hard-working, but there was never a day on the job where I was not laughing and learning. read more

So many surfaces were neglected time after time. When I call to complain, I am told that the cleaning staff spent time in the business and that the toilet grime and spider nests and dust bunnies on the baseboards were created in the past few days. I don't think so. I have hired another firm.

This company exemplifies a great deal of what is wrong with corporations in world. Caravan Facilities Management acquires customers using basic fraud in the form of claiming that it has ISO certification, certifications that have been expired for over 5 years. Caravan stands behind the statement "safety is our overwhelming priority", a statement that could not be further from the truth. Their staff is completely unsupported down to the very basic safety training and required personel protective equipment, often having their janitors stand in ankle deep oil while cleaning with no provided PPE. Worse yet, they force their janitors to clean COVID-19 contaminated areas without any training or PPE. Furthermore, Caravan continuously disregards sexual harassment, discrimination, and blatant racism claims towards low level employees. The management as well as corporate teams exhibit an extreme lack of the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform their jobs to the point of reckless endangerment. This is clearly a company of individuals who have their job from who they know rather that what they know. read more
