Everything is laid out nicely. I'm calling the customer service 2 or 3 stars. We were both pretty disappointed. I'm averaging the entire experience out to 4 stars. The manager or the "DIRECTOR" was a combination of disinterested, stand-off-ish, unfriendly, and snobby. She was far more interested in assembling a new display with another staffer than talking to us. She couldn't be bothered to greet us or to help us or to discover our interests, guide us, or use any professional customer service skill set whatsoever. Bummer. Everything has a price on it, right? Everything is for sale, right? I hunted her down a few times to ask questions but I felt like I was bothering her. And the other person never said a word to us. Oh, well. We walked out without opening our wallets. This is the kind of experience I expect from snobby people in Downtown Minneapolis.
