Recently I purchased three floral arrangements from Brent Douglas. Their service was good and they were able to help me find items within my price range. The only thing that was disappointing is that I put the flowers in the refrigerator as recommended by one of their staff members and ultimately a few of the flowers somehow got too cold. When I returned them the next morning, I had to pay for the replacement flowers which was a bummer. I thought they might have just replaced the damaged one as a courtesy. read more

Brent's arrangements are beautiful! I had sent my Grandmother a small arrangement while she was in recovery, and she thought it was beautiful and got so many compliments on it. I had just found him online, and picked him because his arrangements looked so unique. When my grandmother passed away a few weeks later, my family immediately asked for the name of the florist I had used, as we all agreed it was so beautiful (including my grandmother) we needed to use the same florist for the funeral. I have been using Brent Douglas since they opened in 2005. They're amazingly creative and the work is always unique and stunning. I trust them explicitly and always give them creative liberty. The entire staff is friendly and helpful; the fact that they're affordable is just icing on the cake. Very poor customer service. I wanted 3 arrangements for ~$250 for my mother's retirement gift. When I called to place my order, I specified the specific names of each arrangement from the website, not only with the original order, but the next day when I called back to re-verify they had everything right. It was a special occasion and I didn't want anything messed up. The day of, they delivered 1 bouquet, supposedly worth ~$250. They repeatedly said it was a misunderstanding, and that I got my money's worth. How do you misunderstand me telling you the specific names of 3 arrangements, and instead making 1? They refused to only charge me for 1 arrangement, and Brent never returned my call despite the staff saying he would. Had an absolutely awful experience with them. read more
