Felt like we were being attended to, but not pressured. The entire experience felt both professional and relaxed (thanks Steve). Was impressed with the number of choices that we had for these items. There was a clearance area towards the back of the store that offered similar items, but with heavy discounted. We ended up getting the pieces that we were looking for. The prices were comparable to similar stores. Since we were buying a couple of pieces that agreed to give us an additional discount. (since these are clearance items there is no return) We had our own truck, and since these were clearance items, we were able to get them immediately. The wrapped them up and helped to get them in the moving truck. A excellent first buying experience. Would come back in the future.

Each month I call to ask for an update…read moreon fixing the issue or to get a replacement and I either get a runaround answer as if I would believe it and taken for a fool or they want to upgrade to a different brand and make me pay more money. I am three months in with a broken thousand dollar bedframe and still no communication about even a schedule to replace it with something that works. This is ridiculous.
