The car wash itself is really good. Little need for second washes. They have multiple types of car washes, and most involve different types of protection they can apply. Around the corner they have plenty of free vacuums, floor mat cleaners, and microclothes to make sure the interior is as good as the exterior. On tope of that they have very affordable monthly packages for one car, or a family of cars. For a self-service car wash, there are plenty of employees around to help with entry gate, get you directed into the tunnel, or keeping the vacuum area clean. Although actual speaking is limited, instructional hand gestures and smiles abound. Unlimited family plans? oh yeah! so happy to found this place close to my home to wash my car in my way to work or in my way home or both to keep my cars shinny and clean. They beat the competition.

We paid $16 for their second level car wash and then took advantage of the free towels, vacuums, and cleaners (both glass and multipurpose). Jonathan Kiara did a wonderful job and provided excellent customer service. Kiara explained the wash membership and it's something to consider if you like a nice clean car. Jonathan helped us by pressure washing our floor mats right because the mat cleaner was broken. Would definitely come back again soon. It's a lot of bang for a buck, but all of the grime came off in just one pass. Consider taking care of your ride!!

Then I noticed my windshield was cracked! The manager took down all my info and promised me a call the next week. That came and went. I finally submitted a contact form through the website, and was promised a call within a week. Came and went again. Sent two more emails and was promised it was escalated and it was being worked on. It's 7/25 and still nothing. I got a survey asking how satisfied I was with customer service...um, not at all considering you've done nothing. Absolutely awful! If I could give negative stars I would, just can't imagine how anyone actually likes this carwash with all the better choices!
