Not only did he do a great job setting up my autocross alignment but he made mention of other vehicle setup aspects that he noticed during the job (corner balance & alignment). Justin was also very customer oriented throughout the process from setting the appointment (texting me after business hours to set up an appointment time) to explaining what he was doing every step of the way. Lake Country Alignment is the only place that I will take my vehicles for my setup needs from now on. Despite the long drive from Racine to Oconomowoc, Justin's service and expertise make it worth the time!

How does an owner effectively run a business in this manner? For the past 5 weeks I have daily sent him emails and text messages without any response. I have spoken with a couple of the mechanics that he hires on a part-time basis and they have told me to get my car out of there and never come back. The work done is shoddy and he flat out lies to customers.
