(- Zero to be honest) I know this was a used car, I like to get that out the way. I bought a 2015 Buick, under 100 thousand miles. no leaks at the time,very nice car. I haven't had this car for 2months, and just got it tagged, it started leaking oil. Long story short, after taking it to a certified mechanic it has a crack in the cylinder head and the turbo is bad. I took it to another mechanic for a second opinion, and he confirmed. He also said, this is something that couldn't have been missed, and didn't happen overnight, if Car Store did an inspection, it would have been found. Car store prided themselves on doing top of the line inspections, and put the blame on me, that i should have had a mechanic look at it before I bought it, because it was a used car. Are you aware that pre-buyers checks run between $250.00 and $400.00 dollars. I will not buy from this place again. If I didn't take it upon myself to buy a warranty, it would cost me $8000.00 to get this car fixed. I have an an inspector comingin to validate the claim, so Im not out of the woods yet. I am devastated. I advise you not to buy from this place, and if you do, go spend that $250.00 to $400.00 to have a ceritified mechanic look at, and get a warranty. Do not trust their word on the inspection. This is the worst experience of a used car purchase that I have ever had, and I have been around a longtime. My daughter bought a car in March she was going to tag it in May the title they sent by certified mail never reached us when tracking it ... it shows it was returned to the car lot on May 4 we have been waiting for a new title she is not able to tag her car she is being threatened at several places the car will be towed... she has no other means of transportation she has to continue to pay on a car and insure it ... that she cannot legally drive. I went there for a 2015 dodge charger It was nice in the pictures and had lower miles than other USED cars. I get there, and the salesmen they gave me was sick and wasn't wearing a mask. I wanted to test drive it and I was with my grandmother. Keep in mind, we were both wearing masks. He takes his sweet time going to get it, and bring it out, and then proceeds to get into the car with us and still isn't wearing his mask and he is sick. Anyway, we are test driving, and it's not a bad vehicle, runs smoothly, there is a slight small tug to the left, but features were nice and the car wasn't too bad. There were scuffs and scratches all over it, so that had be a little bothered, considering the paint job was "Pitch Black" so, they were easily noticable, the breaks were rusted. While I'm driving, my grandma is helping me ask questions I didn't, and every question I asked or she asked, his answer was "I don't know." Then he looks them up. Like do you know anything? (This is your job. I was thinking.) So it was frustrating that he wasn't educated, or didn't go over this with us before the ride, and he kept closing everything out after each question as was on his phone, instead of continuing to talk with us, and be ready to answer questions, as if he was uninterested in doing his job. Very poor salesmen. One question in particular ruined it all for me. We asked "Has this car been in any wrecks or have any damages?" His response again.. "I don't know, let me look it up." So he does, and he says "It was in a small wreck" so we proceeded to ask, "well what does that mean?" He responds "It was just minor damage on the front" like he didn't want to tell us, and it isn't displayed on the website either. He didn't say what it was and he kind of avoided the question. We get back and I liked it, but my only issue was the price. Keep in mind, it's a 2015 USED dodge charger with some issues I listed above and it's been in a "Minor wreck" miles were nearly 80k. They wanted a "Hassel Free" aka non negotiable price of $23,998. You're on crack! Lol They wanted that much, and that doesn't even include Tax, Title, License. Etc. He wasn't interested in working anything out, and even my bank new it wasn't worth nearly that much. I've seen newer chargers same price. Needless to say, they're definitely ripping people off, I've seen other terrible reviews, and customer service is poor. They're uneducated on their own vehicles and definitely bad at their job in many ways. Only thing they care about is money, and ripping people off. To end this review, he says "A computer calculates our offers, that's why it's non negotiable. We type in everything and all the features and it comes up with the best possible lowest price, we don't decide anything." Which has got to be the biggest load of crap I've ever heard of in my life. Even if that was the case, they can still go lower, and I BET they didn't type in the things that was wrong with it if they do use their own technology for these offers. This dealership has been nothing but issues. First purchase was a 2015 Tahoe after a week of driving the car it had a bad transmission. Took in it because we were within their 1k or 30 days warranty. Told us it normal for it to shutter. 3 months later the shutter got worse. They made us a deal to trade in the Tahoe. Not the best deal. They tried to screw us over. Traded it for a 2018 Kia seronto. We notified you within the one month/1K warranty period and you would not commit to paying in full for the repair it or take it back. ****WARNING*****WARNING****WARNING****WARNING**** Not even 2 full days after purchasing a vehicle from this dealer (120 miles) the engine blew. After a lot of stress they agreed to replace the engine with one with the same or less miles. I finally got the car back after 3 weeks only to find out that the engine that was put in it had 34,000 more miles on it then the one that blew. There were issues with the replacement cars they gave me to drive. The first one....the engine light came on the day they gave it to me. The 2nd one... sometimes the air conditioner would blow out the vents, other times I had to put it on the defroster and floor mode. I took the car back to them after learning the mileage on the replacement engine. After some discussion they agreed to take the car back, pay off the loan and return my trade in. They "lost" the key and remote for it. They key they had made only worked in the ignition not the door. I had to get a new key made and a remote for it. Of course they refused to pay for that...oh well lesson learned. As for the car they took back....It is listed on their website as having 68,054 miles. That is a LIE!!! The engine in it has over 102,000 miles on it. I have the VIN number of the car and the VIN number of the replacement engine. The appropriate authorities have been contacted. This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. Please don't waste your time or money at this joke of a dealership. Let's start with the positives there's not many. The first salesman I worked with (Brent) was great. He was honest and very helpful. Now to the negatives I came in after seeing a car listed on their website for $11,000. I came in the next day to test drive the car. I was told it needs to be serviced before test driven, which I understood because the car just arrived. That morning I called to see if it was available and they said "yes". I checked the price when I arrived and it went up to $14,000. I asked why, and the General manager talked to me and said the market value went up overnight. I work at a dealership I know how this process works cars don't shoot up $3000 overnight especially BMW's. I then decided I was going to bite the bullet and buy the car. Once it's finished getting serviced. I get a call saying the car is ready. So I come in to test drive and I'm told the car will be finished the next day. And they try selling me on a different car. At this point I was sick of it the dealership said it will be three days it ends up being two weeks and still not complete. When I came in the final time I noticed the price went up to $15,000. I guess that market value must have gone up again. The General Manager was made me the most mad in my experience. I'm sure he thought since I'm young he can say big words and confuse me and control conversations and pull a fast one. The sad part is that the salesman were more honest then him. Test drive it high and low speeds, I apparently didn't go far enough in the test drive... high beams do not work, TPMS goes off 30 minutes into the drive, Oh and no working Horn (also required by state law) therefore making the car not road worthy. Wow, what a mistake it was to buy a vehicle here. ALL BUYERS BEWARE! THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU! This place epitomizes "shady used car dealer". They will do and say everything they can to get a sale, making a lot of false promises and then having zero follow-through once you walk out the door. Bought a Honda Ridgeline last month and got it in writing that they would fix a dent in the rear. Was told that I could come in a week later to have the work completed, and they would call the next day to confirm the appointment. Never got that call. I called the day before I was supposed to go in. They said I couldn't come in, because their body shop guys were working on hail damage and that they would call me back later that day. Never got that call. I called the day I was supposed to go in to confirm if I could come in. Received a lot of wish-washy answers. They finally agreed that they would make the repairs for me at a different body shop where I now live. I have now been calling weekly for them to tell me where I can take it. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Especially if it would help people from being swindled in the future by this business. Car Store USA sold me a van, and the transmission failed within a month. They refused to produced detailed paperwork about their dealership warranty, saying that they would only honor any such warranty if I got it fixed through them. I wish now I had paid full price to have it fixed somewhere else. The new transmission also failed within about a month of the install, that's when I took it to my local mechanic. That is where we discovered that the installation performed by Car Store ended up causing thousands more in damage to my car. I have reached out to them and they refuse to acknowledge any responsibility for their shoddy workmanship. As of now I've had to pay for the damages myself out of pocket. I have had an attorney contact Car Store USA after they denied accountability, and as it stands they are currently ignoring my lawyer's messages. They did ask that I take down my review on Google. Got a thumbs up except needed new tires and had a little leak somewhere. Back to dealership. Made deal. Wouldn't replace the bawled tires. We're going to let us leave with gas light on. Had to argue to get enough gas to get home. Kept being told "that comes out of my paycheck" are you kidding me. It's common courtesy. Not asking for a full tank just some gas. Next day. Go back to clean out our trade in we had left over night locked up on their lot!!!! Long story short. Our personal items had been stolen by an employee caught on camera. We did recover some items that he had locked in his toolbox. We were told he had began to detail it and stopped. Oh also same employee was on way to Georgia for vacation. Makes sense right. Guy knows he is going to Georgia for a week so he locks our things in his toolbox because he was stopped in the middle of detailing a vehicle that wasn't theirs yet and he wasn't told to start working on. I bought a Mercedes from this car lot. When they took it out to test drive it, they had to jump it and I was assured it was just a "cold battery" which, it was the middle of winter so it being a 2016 I figured they were right. Well, it was something wrong with the transmission. 1 week after I just took out a almost 30k loan, my car wouldn't start after many attempts jumping it and waiting for the cold to go away. I called them and at first they said they could send someone out but, on their mechanics word, they wanted me to switch out the battery on my own. (I've always owned American made cars so I didn't think anything of it I thought it was great) well, I learned, no mechanic would ever tell anyone to switch out a Mercedes battery on their own as it needs a whole computer hook up etc. and you can cause more issues. Anyways, still not working. I tell them and they say - use the manufacture warranty. That's what I did, and I'm thankful it still had that because Mercedes was a hell of a lot more pleasant to deal with than these guys. Mercedes even said any test would have shown that the transmission was about to give out and were blown away that they told me to change the battery myself. I was carless for 3 1/2 weeks. I called car store to see if there was any way they could help. I need my car for my job and my life was so stressful during this period. The manager was so rude, and treated me as if I was a complete idiot. His response was "anything can happen to any car and the lemon law only covers new cars" treated me as if I just bought some beater car for 2k and was expecting the world as I'm dishing out a car payment for something I can't even drive at the moment. He knew I was in JC, (2 hours away) as I'm telling him how I'm struggling to even work out situations for a car to get to work everyday and said "well I guess I can get you a loaner but you'll need to come here to get it" knowing good and well it'd be hard for me to do. Not even a hey, we can meet you halfway or anything at all in any way to try and help. (But remember at first they were willing to "send" a mechanic). He even had our convo on speaker phone to let other co workers hear as if it was a show. He basically pointed the finger at me like "I should have known" that my car would only last a week before breaking down on me. From misguiding me about the battery with a mechanic feet away from them, to treating me as if I'm a complete idiot, this was such a horrible experience. I bought a very nice Range Rover from CarstoreUSA in January of 2020, the car only came with one key fob but I negotiated an extra key fob to be paid for by CarstoreUSA, manager John. At first I was told by staff to go to the Range Rover dealership, order the fob and have Range Rover pair it with the car. I ordered the key fob, waited 3 weeks for it to come in, made an appointment to have it paired, another 3 weeks. On the day of my appointment the Range Rover people called CarstoreUSA manager John and told him the price...he threw a 3 year old fit and said he would not pay that price! I left after 2 hours, no fob, and John assured me he would take care of it and find me a fob. That was April 15, 2020...it is now May 27, 2020....I have called CarstoreUSA every week for 6 weeks, John is always too busy to take my calls, staff promise me that an order has been placed and they will check tracking and call me back! So I bought a 2015 GMC Yukon XL Denali. The buying of the car was quick and easy...I already knew what vehicle I wanted as I looked online for months for this type of vehicle, so I sold myself on buying it. After the papers were signed, customer service in the Wichita office has been beyond horrible! Nobody ever calls me back and I mean ever. Only person that calls me back is a gentleman in the Olathe dealership, yes had to call there to talk to someone. It is officially 32 days since I bought the vehicle and the promissory contract of items to be fixed are still not done yet! No one from the Wichita office has ever called me back regarding those items that were listed in the contract. I Had to pay $200 out of my own pocket to have the vehicle professionally detailed after two attempts by their detailers. When I do call the store no one has any idea what is taking so long or where the parts are to fix these issues and I repeat they NEVER call back. Almost like it's the first day of employment for everyone that works there everyday! They did replace the keyfob cover as the original one was trash. The new (used) cover I got looks like it was dropped on the ground several times, but I guess that goes with the fact the general manager of the store did tell us that they order used parts from LKQ to fix any of the vehicles that have issues as to keep cost down. This was after waiting 2.5 hrs to have everything fixed as an appointment was made to do so. We were told everything was in to complete the repairs and the only thing we left with was that used keyfob. They may be good at selling cars, but their customer service sucks. My husband found a truck there. Granted, they had not thoroughly checked it out yet, and said the a/c needed a new part before we test drove it. As we drove it, there were a couple other mechanical issues we found and told them about when we returned. They said they would take it to the shop and it would be done by Monday or Tuesday. (We drove it on a Friday). Monday and Tuesday came and went; no call. Husband called them. Eventually they said it would be done by Friday for sure. Husband took off work Friday (he has his own business so there are no paid sick days or vacation days) and we went back (we live about an hour away); truck wasn't done. They called the shop and told us it would be done in a couple hours. Long story short, we wasted the whole day there waiting for the truck. They didn't call to let us know what was going on...my husband had to keep calling them back. Sometimes the salesman just didn't answer his phone when we called. Didn't end up getting the truck until Thursday of the following week, and they tried to raise the price from what they told us it was originally by $1,000! Run....don't walk....as far away from that place as possible! read more
