He installed the powered sub and the speakers in the front and back doors. HOWEVER, instead of installing my tweeters in the dash, he kept them. I discovered this when I got a call from the other installer shop when they were continuing the upgrade with phase 2, adding an amp and DSP and tune. They found the factory speakers still in the dash and wondered why, since I told them they were upgraded using the component speaker set (Polk MM6502). Theft! Dan pretended he had installed them, because after the install he returned to me the 4 stock door speakers plus 2 tweeters. He tricked me. It turns out that those tweeters were cheap Clarion brand tweeters that were not even the right size for my car. There were other reasons that made me look for a different shop for phase 2 of the upgrade. So glad I did!

I found Shaun very pleasant to work with and knowledgeable on all aspects of radios. One car had an after market radio that I wanted to replace with an OEM radio. Shaun was able to figure out the original wiring and install the radio. The other car had a radio that was cutting out and diagnosed the problem and fixed the radio. Real professional people. Highly recommended…read more Got a NavTool Apple Carplay module for my old Mercedes. Didn't bother installing it myself because the support from NavTool is notoriously minimal. Asked Pittsburgh BestBuy and they said they don't know how to do it (smh). Then I took it to Auto Addictions and they said yeah it's doable. Got the appointment scheduled a week later. Then I dropped the car off in the morning and it was done in the afternoon. What I liked the most was their professionalism. They are very knowledgable people and you can tell from the way they talk. NavTool's manual was a total abyss but they somehow managed to install it perfectly (now my old car has CarPlay wooo!). Really, really down-to-details people, made sure that they did not mess things up and kept me posted during the installation. Last but not the least, they charge very reasonably! Highly recommend this place if you are in the area. You wouldn't get anything better than this.

Calls to a good ten businesses in Altoona, Johnstown, and surrounding areas were absolutely worthless. You could pick your problem from the following list - no phone calls returned, shady meth addict staff, universal incompetence, insane prices for basic work, etc. I was even desperate enough to call Best Buy, the glowing beacon of incompetence, and had two separate appointments cancelled by them. Finally my problems were solved today when I called Team Force. Not only were they able to get me in same day, and get my car out in an hour, they were easily $10-15+ cheaper than anyone else I spoke to. Every employee I encountered was courteous, informative, and truly interested in doing a great job. There was a comfortable waiting area with a wraparound couch, free coffee, a few vending machines and a nice big HDTV to watch. My stereo works fantastically, and I couldn't ask for more.
