He was able to show me the car and get it ready for me to test drive quickly. After purchasing it, he even got it detailed for me to take home. Management is super nice & professional as well. Paperwork was a breeze. One minor thing is that there's no parking in the lot, but I'm sure it was just bad timing. The worst part: I later found out the vehicle has a Structural damage report on the CARFAX that I myself had to look up because I was not given a CARFAX when I asked for it, which was NEVER disclosed to me at the time of purchase. This is a huge issue and completely unacceptable. Failing to disclose something this important is misleading and raises serious concerns about how this dealership does business.
