Juan will then offers his opinion on what he would do, but in the end he goes with what you, the customer, decide. The work product was excellent, and other than my car getting wrecked and paying the deductible, the experience was fairly painless.

These guys arrived quickly even with my terrible directions (being from far away I had no clue). It was their experience that led to the recognition that my car was not permanently damaged and that my problem was related to an issue inherent with the overdrive feature on my vehicle. Instead of having my car towed to a lot to be looked out the next day, they stayed and continued to do everything they could to get my issued resolved and sent me safely on my way! He took the time to tell me all the services he offered and explained in detail. He is certified by Xpel and Optimum which sells Opti-coat. I ended up with a package that included Xpel Ultimate and Opti-coat Pro Plus. The whole process took 2 days. I live in philly. I dropped my car off and Ryan gave me a ride home. Then I took a train to lindenwold where he picked me up. The Xpel wrap is a clear film that protects against rock chips and is self healing. Ryan demonstrated it by scratching his car that had film on. Amazing stuff. He wrapped my full hood, full fender, side mirrors, front bumper and door edges. All these places are the most likely to get paint chips especially if you're on the highway a lot. He used pre-cut pieces from Xpel. Unfortunately Xpel did not include film for the lowest bumper trim on my car but Ryan made a custom piece for it. That is class on his part. He will hook you up with extras. Then he coated the car using opti-coat pro plus which is a 2 step coating of protection and gloss. He even coated my wheels. Dirt just comes off easily from a pressure wash and the water beading in insane. Of course he made sure the pain was corrected before doing all this. His service also includes a free first wash a few weeks later so that he could inspect the car and see if there needs a touch up. There's no such thing as a perfect job but this is as close to perfect. Ryan and his assistant Dan, are great guys. The price is very reasonable for the amount of detailing Ryan does. Ryan was also working on high end cars like corvettes, maseratis and Mercedes but he did not treat me like a 2nd class citizen.

After a brief description of what the product was that I wanted for my new car I decided to make a appointment to protect my new investment. I dropped my car off to him and as soon as he was finished I went back to pick it up and wow was I impressed. Since my first interaction with Ryan up to now he has been stellar.
