I saw an Instagram ad about submitting a story for a senior dog photo session and decided to enter…read more I was later told I "won," and when I asked about cost, I was told "that was the best part" and that it would be completely free aside from a $50 deposit to secure the appointment. The photo session was very short, about 15 minutes total. We also scheduled a Zoom meeting during the session, but later found out they booked the wrong day, and since our requested time was full, we had to reschedule. During the photo review Zoom call, we reviewed about 8 decent photos and learned that packages start at $2,000-$4,000. Even with a "$500 discount" I supposedly won, the total was still over $1,500. Overall, the experience felt misleading and emotionally driven, with pricing only disclosed afterward. Pricing should be transparent upfront and customers' time should be respected.

I have to admit I was annoyed at having to call but seconds into my call on the phone with Tolga I had a smile on my face. He's just a super pleasant guy! It was easy to schedule an appointment, and the studio is easy to find, just off the 51. There's parking literally in front of the door too! Tolga is just as nice in person and you can tell he really loves his job! I asked him some questions about what he loves about photography and his face was so animated. I love seeing people love what they do! We took a new photo quickly and I gave my approval. Such a better photo than at the drugstore! Better lighting, better camera, and someone who actually knows what they are doing and cares makes a huge difference. Tolga let me know that the digital photo acceptance for passports has been tricky and to let him know if I had an issue. When I tried to submit the next day, I did have an issue and sent him an email. He replied right away with a new image file and that worked great. Not only did I get a photo I was much happier with, it was also a really pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend Tolga for any photography needs!

My baby was more peaceful during the photos than he had been all week. They had all the tools there to help it go smoothly. It was magic. She showed us pics along the way so we got to see peeks and make adjustments. There was no rushing; we did the session until everyone was happy with what we captured.
