I can't say enough about our positive experience with Luis and Steve. After an initial, tenuous…read moreexperience with another stone yard, we were referred to this fabricator. Luis emailed and called me within 24 hours and I was immediately impressed. Not only did he listen to our needs and budget, he took the five minutes (that the half dozen other fabricators I visited didn't take) to realize that it's a small kitchen by looking at our layout. He recommended a solution to fit both our needs and his -- to use a remnant, at a better price. We visited within two days and placed a deposit on the spot after a great meeting with Luis and Steve. These young men are committed to their new business and it shows. They committed to our template first thing Monday, and understanding the urgency of our timeline, turned around the installation by this afternoon. Communication was frequent and professional. At no point did I feel like we got a leftover (though we selected a remnant) or that we were rushed (instead we were made a priority). Both Luis and Steve went over and above multiple times during this project, and I find that exceptional at a time when we seem to be making excuses for quality service or product. Steve and his helper with skilled with installation, and he took great pride in his work. Our renovation has been months of a very frustrating roller coaster. It's a passion project for my husband, and he wants it to be a quality product when we're finished. It's been a rough road with some disappointments, but this isn't one of them. Genuinely, working with Luis and Steve has been one of the highlights. I wish I had another project I could partner with them again. Maybe a winning lottery ticket will let our paths cross again? Until then, the best thing I can do is continue to refer them to other contacts to help them grow their business (we already referred them to two realtors since). Good luck guys!

I was not in a position to replace every piece of furniture. I spent months looking at every furniture store in our area and King of Prussia. I walked into Kurtz and fell in love with two blue leather chairs. After that purchase, Julia helped me select a beautiful rug. Those three purchases completely changed the look of our living room. It's still a work in progress. I probably stop by the store every 3 weeks or so, just to see what's new and get inspiration. We sent pictures of the shed, where it was located, where we wanted it moved, and the path they would have to take to get from one place to the other. All seemed to be going well and we got an appointment to move the shed on Monday, March 28 at 9 AM. He texted my son today , Sunday, that he would come by and take some measurements and the shed needed to be cleaned out. We got everything out of the shed and thought we were good to go. It was getting close to 8 PM and I still had not heard from him. I texted him and asked if I had missed him because I knew he was coming to take measurements. He said as a matter fact he was on his way over now. If he actually came I don't know because he never knocked on my door and I never spoke to him face-to-face. He sent me a text that said I have to remove a fence post before he can move the shed. I asked him how I'm supposed to do that. His answer is that they're usually sitting in concrete 2 feet deep by 12 inches wide and I can just dig it out. I'm a 62-year-old woman, it's dark, I have a raging cold, and it's one of the coldest nights in months. My son called him to talk about this and his answer was that they do sheds not fences. I texted him that in no way was I going to dig out a fence post in the cold, dark night. So we postponed. Not 15 minutes later he texts that he got the job mixed up with another and the post doesn't need up be removed after all. Reluctantly, because now I have lost a lot of confidence in him, I agreed to let him do Two young men came out and we went over what they were going to do. They were very nice. They did an excellent job of moving the shed. They made sure it was secure and level in its new location. They had very limited space to work in and I am impressed at what they were able to do. The employees definitely deserve 5 stars. The owner gets 2, maybe 3 because of his inability to know what job he is talking about, and his last minute request that I do some serious labor. If you are looking to have a shed moved I can recommend this company BECAUSE OF THE EMPLOYEES.
