They arrived over an hour late for our reservation and then took another hour to get set up all during our peak time due to a "broken laptop." In reality, they had double booked with an event that obviously deemed more important. There was little communication during this time, and they promised a refund for those hours and digital pictures for free. And then they completely ghosted me no matter how many times I followed up. I spoke to the owner Danielle who was extremely friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to answer my questions. I was concerned there wouldn't be room in my banquet space for the photo stand, so Danielle graciously went out of her way to stop at my venue and scope it out to make sure it was doable. The next day, just hours before my event, I confirmed with her that I would like the photo stand, and she made it happen in the nick of time! A big shout out to Travis who was able to bring my Back to the Future photo from "2024" to the current date in 2026. It is really sweet to be elite!!! I think that I have been at some other Yelp events that also had FlashBar. The AI generated images are my favorite, though. Check out their website.
