This summer this company disappointed us by trying to charge us $200 smoke cleaning fee two days after we checked out from the room. A lot of phone calls and frustration later I end up saying I will dispute the charged and if needed will go to court. We don't smoke, don't drink. Never even go to bars or places where people would smoke. They end up giving us refund and saying that "they are sorry but room still smelled like smoke and it probably will be a mystery as who smoked in there".
