Nikole Matthews would not return our phone calls and didn't follow through with a single promise. We waited for a response to our lease application for three days and were told that the home owner lives in Japan and asked us to be patient for their response. "There are no other applications in front of yours", Erica said. Meanwhile, another application had been approved and we were denied approval after three days of waiting.
