When a company follows up with review requests to ensure you're happy, you know they're all in on providing a positive experience. They will focus on any areas that you request and do a thorough job! You never have to follow up, as the job is done right. The staff is super friendly, professional, and our house looks absolutely amazing after they leave. I wish everyone had this same work ethic and drive!

We recently used Kimy Maids to prepare our home for sale. We are in our 70's and Fernando took…read morecare of every need we had. He and his crew prepped our yard, it looks fabulous now, they did everything from trimming shrubs to washing down the patio and clearing out the fence from the old vining flowers. They washed our windows! There were a few sky lights, and they were on the roof cleaning them inside and out, every windowpane sparkles. Then they cleaned all of the woodwork and doors, furniture and appliances throughout the home. Everything looks and feels so good now. After we sell, they offer packing, which we are going to take advantage of. And they will be our movers also. This group of hard-working individuals are worth every penny and more but thank goodness they are reasonably priced. They will give you an estimate before you get started and also offer to pick up the supplies that you pay for. I would suggest going with that because everything looks new now. We highly recommend this wonderful group of people.

The person who gave this business a 1-star rating had ulterior motives for doing so. This business…read moreis one of our area's top advertising agencies and would be considered a boutique agency with a small number of long time clients. This agency has termed some of the best advertising lines in the business. One client uses the agency's "Cross that Money Saving Bridge" line and it has become the best identifier in local advertising for this business. The woman who maligned this agency worked for a low end advertising group that really didn't have a reason to ask for any advertising dollars. The media did not match up well to demographics, nor did it have large numbers of people who could be reached. You ask all media that sells advertising about this agency and they will tell you they get results, pay in less than 30 days and place their clients advertising in the most professional way. I work for a large TV station and I will back this agency to the end! The person who made the inaccurate statements would be considered a "Bottom Feeder" in advertising lingo!
