I love working with Memory Portraits. The staff is always so helpful and know exactly what I need and want! The products we receive are always impeccable and the families that we serve here at the funeral home are always amazed by how beautiful they are. The turn around time is short and never have any issues with shipping. I highly recommend Memory Portraits to any one who wants their pictures to look great and last a lifetime. - Haley McGinnis Funeral Home & Crematory read more

This company has always been so easy to work with and provide a great quality product, however, they have gone above and beyond on the last two orders I submitted. The quality of the photos we provided was very bad and the portrait returned to us was excellent. All of the staff I have dealt with have been extremely helpful and courteous. read more

Poor customer service with lots of attitude! I was denied service when the customer service rep, Jill, found out that I had previously inquired about an old world print of my deceased Mom from a funeral home. A funeral home I hadn't used for my Mom's services either. When the funeral home told me they couldn't get what I wanted, I contacted memoryportraits.com & was surprised that they were the same company used by the funeral home however they said they could provide what I was requesting. I supplied all requested information and was subsequently sent a rude email stating that they would not work with me & that the funeral home "was their customer." I pleaded with them and the emails became more pointed denials. In the end, they refused to work w/me directly. Hopefully they're more respectful in the future. They made an already depressing situation, a nightmare. USE ANOTHER COMPANY! read more
