We recently used Kimy Maids to prepare our home for sale. We are in our 70's and Fernando took care of every need we had. He and his crew prepped our yard, it looks fabulous now, they did everything from trimming shrubs to washing down the patio and clearing out the fence from the old vining flowers. They washed our windows! There were a few sky lights, and they were on the roof cleaning them inside and out, every windowpane sparkles. Then they cleaned all of the woodwork and doors, furniture and appliances throughout the home. Everything looks and feels so good now. After we sell, they offer packing, which we are going to take advantage of. And they will be our movers also. This group of hard-working individuals are worth every penny and more but thank goodness they are reasonably priced. They will give you an estimate before you get started and also offer to pick up the supplies that you pay for. I would suggest going with that because everything looks new now.
