We had the scrub squad in our house twice. For the second clean, service was an hour and a half…read morelate and left an hour early and only cleaned about a third of the items requested of a small list to clean. She cleaned about a fifth of the home and shampooed one room and a hallway. I was then charged the full price and after leaving she did text me to say it was not the best work day for her due to personal reasons. The chemicals used in our tub also ruined the finish permanently. We've since had another cleaner in the home and it's a night and day difference.
