1/10: I have never felt so immediately welcomed at a business as I did at 207 Laser. I was so…read morenervous, but when I came in for the first time the entire staff - like they had known me my whole life and were genuinely excited to see me again, despite never having met me before - greeted me with an enthusiastic, "Hi, Steff!" It felt genuine. It was so warm, like a hug with words. As did the space/waiting room which is so lovely and so inviting. I'm currently working with Christopher May, and he was a joy to talk with. He was so personable; I appreciated how distractingly chatty (in the most engaging and friendly way possible) he was, because it made the experience seem much less painful and much more quick than it probably was. He's got really good energy, and I felt comfortable from the first moment we talked on the phone for my free consultation (and I had endless questions then). It's infrequent these days that your first experience with a business is an immediate success, but I knew from the moment I walked into 207 Laser that I made the right decision. But...
