The line work is clean, as is the shading and colours. I will most definitely be returning for another tattoo from him. Another nice thing was that he answered all my questions that I had about aftercare. It had been some time since my last ink and, although he will give you an instruction sheet, I just needed the verbal confirmation as well. Very pleased with his outstanding customer service. Easy to talk to. He clearly loves what he's doing. The shop has some limited parking, but that is due to the area. Thankfully tho, it's not an issue as the shop consists of just you and Dan when in use. So you'll be able to park right in front of the shop, very nice. Other than that, the shop was extremely clean and all of his certificates were displayed right by the door so ya couldn't miss them. I am over the moon with my tattoo, looking forward to more.

My experience with jesse longdouche wasnt good. He's arrogant and seems to think he knows it all…read moreand then some. Took my gf there for a piercing for her birthday and jesse challenged every angle of it making it an unpleasant experience. This guy is a joke! What we should have done is got up and walked out. If you fell like you wanna punch someone in the face when you leave go see jesse knowitall longdouche (longbear) at scarecrow! ;) Highly not recomended! I've read other reviews on this guy and he's very unprofessional, rude and has been caught talking behind customers backs when he thinks they aren't listening!

Got my left, inverted nipple pierced here in October, 2016 by "Longbear". He did some tissue…read moremanipulation with tools that were very painful. He gave me a spiel about how many nips he's pierced. He pierced my nipple very quickly, and painlessly - yes, but the barbell he used was extremely thin and small; easily could have been an inch and 2mm balls. In retrospect, that is probably why it was so painless. Comparatively, the piercings in Chilliwack at $80.00 is more expensive than in Vancouver for $60.00. Healing process was terrible. I eventually went to Adrenaline, in Kits, to swap the jewellery. The piercer at Adrenaline, Adam, was baffled. He kept saying, "who would do this to another person?!" The swelling had gotten so terrible that the ball disappeared in my skin. I needed an extra long barbell to combat swelling and infection. I also purchased piercing after care. When I went to Next on Granville street, to get a different barbell, the Piercer who replaced the jewelery for me was shocked at how poor the placement was and eventually recommended that I take it out, let it heal and get the thing repierced. Now, I have finally gotten repierced, and the barbell was far longer, more deep and better placement. The tissue manipulation was done less painfully. It has been a day after my repiercing. I know that my experience at Scarecrow Ink was unacceptable and one that I wouldn't wish on anyone else. Please don't go here. Please wait, or do the drive into Vancouver and go to Adrenaline or Next. Thanks for reading!

It has spa level sevice and work but instead of a zen meditation vibe it's more like beach or brunch mimosa party atmosphere. Special shout out to tech Henry, though your hands are in excellent hands no matter who is shellac-ing them. Prices reasonable, tools of trade kept clean and sterile as best as I could tell. Little oasis in a barren urban sprawl strip mall area - upside to location...LOTS of parking! Warning: It's very grass roots neighborly so anytime anyone walks in, your tech or another will greet person and talk to them, even if they are working on you. So, this practice might be hard for narcissists to deal with.

I've been here a few times now but probably won't be back…read more First of all - the smell is SO strong. It smells incredibly toxic and it cannot be good for you. I always get a headache. I feel bad for the employees that work there, smelling that daily is definitely impacting their health. Secondly - I've never felt welcomed, the person at the desk has never been friendly. Third - it's cash tip only which is weird. Additionally, one time I went they would only accept e transfer for payment. I made an apt, they couldn't told me their debit machine was down so I could have brought cash. Fourth - it really depends who you get. My pedis have all been fine but my manis are hit or miss. The shellac mani I got last month was awful. Uneven, nails weren't smoothed, chipped in less than a week and the worst part - she ruined my nails. They're paper thin. I hadn't gotten my nails done in 9+ months, they were the strongest they'd ever been and no they're in awful shape.
