I made a mistake and accidentally handed the drive thru cashier an extra $20 bill upon paying and…read morewhen I realized my mistake and the incorrect change I searched my car throughly, just to be sure, and called the store promptly. I explained what happened and the manager seemed to lack basic customer service skills necessary for this situation. She advised to call back at close when the drawer was counted, so I did. She was short and demeaning with me on the phone explaining that the drawer was not over. I explained again what had happened and she asked why I would give the cashier two $20 bills for a $13 order. If she had listen the first two times I explained she would have known it was an accident on my behalf but I was hopeful of the employees trustworthiness that everything would work out. I was treated as incompetent abd a liar after coming to this location for years. I asked for the general manager to contact me, but they are on vacation and won't be back for another week. I understand how this works, it'll be swept under the rug, I won't hear back, and I'm out $20. However, I felt the need to voice my opinion, regardless

They have the app blocked so it won't accept payments. I tried a credit card AND a debit card. Both have more than sufficient funds, but I get an error code, "not enough funds". They try to charge $0.00. I called my credit credit union & they verified it's a Subway issue. The "customer service" number is a joke (it says something about checking gift card balance, then hangs up on you). The store's remedy is to call & give my card # to someone I've never met - then, you don't get the BOGO1 offer. NOT cool Subway - you won't be around much longer if you continue to be this dishonest and sh*** on you customers!
