I was told I can pick them up at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 26, 2021 I did as I was instructed. I arrived at their business at 1:04 p.m.. I was greeted by three individuals sitting, I informed the young lady behind the counter that I was here for my bushel of live crabs. She, very rudely, told me they had no crabs available unless I had ordered them, which I immediately told her I did. Without even asking my name, she told me I was not on the list and the only crabs available were for those customers on the list. I informed her that I did call and kindly asked her to look for my name. After a couple of under breath comments, she reluctantly looked at the reservation list. For the first time, she asked me for my name and telephone number. Amazingly, she found my name and number, just I had informed her. She then immediately stated even though I was on the list, she had no crabs for me. She offered no excuses, no apologizes nor even any alternatives. I politely left their business and I was leaving, I noticed an opened cooler full of live crabs. I later read reviews of these folks, and noticed this is a common occurrence with them. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. They are rude, liars and highly unreleiable. Stay away, far away.
