Alrighty. So I snapped the 4th belt on my Ariens today. Slipped off the pulley. Bam. Changed the…read moreoil Wednesday and still have a "service engine" blinking at 14.1 hours, bad steering, and burning oil. So I called Hardins today. Explained everything (initial repairs, same boat etc)...then was hung up on AFTER the son wasn't able to curse me as Chuck "Daddy" was at the counter...this time! I called back. The son was setting right there (I heard his LOUD MOUTH)- guy pretended he was hearing it for the first time, wasting more of my time. The son "takes over the call"-says he offered to have someone pick it up, and has a witness. He became very quiet when I asked a simple question.. "Why would I have refused service, when delivered with nothing fixed?". Chuck, the owner, grabs the phone, does not apologize for the inadequacies in Customer Service, nor for being informed his son swears at customers, nor for nothing being fixed (initial complaints), he turned into a dictator. He refused to let me speak, overtalked me, kept repeating "Be quiet and listen". I replied simply, why wouldn't you listen 21 days ago and now why won't you listen? I have bad pulleys from a Lowe's Mower, but your "fix" is to have me be without a mower for another two weeks....and account for NOTHING!!! End Result. The nicest way anyone has said "F-OFF"! Chuck said "I'll pick it up, or you go somewhere else, it's a simple two options". Those options ARE NOT his to give. I'm aware of other dealers. I'm aware I am able to take it somewhere else. The only option was to be cursed, have a product "out of commission"-so long I bought a JD180. Po-Dunks are also able to know what problems they have. The pulleys are out of line. Either shreds em, or pops em off. Now how do I look? To them? That didn't hear the FBOMB son? Like a jerk, when anyone in my shoes is warranted, at becoming upset. You cannot survive in customer service, nor run a business cursing, ignoring, slighting customers. At least my MBA taught me that on the Army's dime. Worst, by far, the most unorthodox group of MEN I have ever encountered. Save your time and efforts folks.

Let me start by saying that the only reason Southern Clean Pros got 1 star was because Britney was…read moreprofessional. However, I recently had a tenant move out of one of the units at my property due to his lease being over. After the tenant exited the unit, he cut off the tenant paid electricity to his unit and rightfully so. I hired a contractor to go in to paint and lay all new flooring in the unit. The contractor did a great job all with no power in the well-lit unit. After the contractor was done, I hired Southern Clean Pros to do a move-out clean to prep for the next potential tenant. I paid a $135 non-refundable deposit to have the cleaning techs scheduled to come out to do the work. When the techs arrived, I received a call from Britney saying that there is no power in the unit and that one of the techs stated there is an "infestation of roaches" in the unit. Britney never said that they needed electricity to perform their duties otherwise I would have never scheduled them to come out until I had power on in the unit for them to work. As far as the "infestation", they couldn't provide any proof/pictures, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I had my property manager to go out and see if there was in fact an "infestation". My property manager informed me that there is no infestation and that he didn't see not one roach, but he treated and laid traps to be safe. Also, when I asked the contractor did he see anything when working and he DID say he may have saw one or two but definitely not an infestation. I say all of that to say this, I tried to reschedule SCP to come back out to clean and they wanted to charge me another non-refundable deposit when I asked if they can just apply the original deposit to the rescheduled time because I don't think charging another deposit was warranted. I even asked Britney, "If I reschedule.... How do I know that your tech(s) wont see one roach and cancel again?" and she couldn't guarantee me that it will not reoccur. Advise to everyone.... Make sure that your property doesn't have one bug. Hire SCP at your own risk.
