Worst customer service ever! My daughter mailed in the paperwork 2 months in advance to transfer her goat to herself. They NEVER mailed back the original papers. Then my daughter (only 14 years old) was disqualified from her show. This broke her heart. ADGA is fraudulent. To this day, I don't have papers for my goat- ADGA lost them. WORST customer service ever! Disconnected their phones sep 2022. Who the hell does that?

Fraudulent business practices. It has taken over 6 months to get a transferred registration for a goat. I paid online and the seller also apparently paid online. They took the money online for the transaction in the beginning of July 2022. The original papers were mailed priority mail with a tracking number and showed to have been delivered, however, adga says they are lost. The goat has now kidded. I don't have registration on her, and will be unable to register her kids. As of today, I can't even log into my account. Their "system is down" again, and they don't answer the phone. If you're lucky enough to reach someone on the phone, they hang up on you. Fraud, fraud, fraud!​ read more
