Love and trust this jewelry store. Creativity and restoration to old pieces of jewelry, plus lots of pretty new merchandise.

USE CAUTION I brought my wedding set in to have the wedding band duplicated so I could have a…read morematching band for the other side of my engagement ring as a 50'th wedding celebration. The owner told me he could make an exact duplicate of the 3 stone band and he had a company he sent it to that made a computer generated wax mold that would be identical to the original band. I received the copy and it wasn't identical. He sent it back a few times but it was never identical. I asked him to send the attempted duplicate ring back and reset my stone and just refund my money and we could call it quits. He became enraged and ordered me out of the store and told me he was calling the police and having them serve me with a No Trespass Order. He said he was not removing the new attempt ed duplicate ring. He was not resetting my engagement ring stone and he was not refunding my money. I was dumbfounded. I waited on the porch for the porch for the promised No Trespass Order. I have since taken the ring to 2 other Jewelers who said the ring is not identical. The stones are different sizes, set crooked and the new ring is not able to set next to the original ring properly. I should have been shown the wax ring for approval prior to the new ring being made. PLEASE TAKE YOUR PRESCIOUS JEWELRY SOMEWHERE ELSE. Read other reviews. Don't just take it here because it's convenient and he seems like a nice guy. When frustrated, he will turn on you in a second.

I brought my ring to Todd's for emergency repair on May 4 after it had been accidentally run over,…read moreand my wedding was the very next day. At first, they were very kind and willing to help us on short notice, which I genuinely appreciated. My fiancé and I were visiting from Florida and had a hard time finding anyone willing to attempt the repair that quickly, so I do want to acknowledge that. However, the condition of the ring when I received it back was extremely upsetting. I have photos of the ring before the accident, after the accident, and after the repair. After the accident, the center stone had popped up and the gold was bent, but none of the small diamonds were missing, and the gold itself did not have the type of damage it had after the repair. When I got the ring back, the gold appeared heavily damaged, multiple side diamonds were missing, and one side even appears to have a stone that does not match the original stones. In total, I am missing four diamonds, and one stone appears to not be mine. The solder work on the band also looks poorly done, and the ring honestly looked worse after the repair than it did when I dropped it off. The stone band is still spaced and bent around the green stone. During the repair, the son told us that some of the small stones were popping out but that he put them back. However, they clearly were not all put back, and when we later called, the father said he did not touch the stones at all, which contradicted what we were originally told. We contacted Todd's, sent photos, and tried to discuss the issue. Since we are now back in Florida, coming in person is not possible. They told us they could not do anything based on photos and that we would need to ship the ring back. After receiving the ring in this condition, I am not comfortable sending it back to them. We requested a partial refund so we could take it to the original jeweler for proper repair. The response was extremely disappointing. The father became rude with my husband, said, "Yeah, that's not gonna happen, buddy," and hung up on him. Given their prior reviews and the confidence they seemed to have in their work, I expected more accountability and compassion, especially for something as important as a wedding ring. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Todd's for repair work. I am disappointed not only in the craftsmanship, but also in the customer service after the issue was brought to their attention. My ring looked better after being run over than it did when I got it back from a professional jeweler.
