I asked if I was going in soon and the receptionist said they had an emergency not apologizing and just brushing me off. Waited another 10 min and they finally called me in. I asked the receptionist if everything was good with my coverage and she said she did not know. I waited 40 min in the waiting room without anyone updating me on anything and she did not even call my insurance company! She ended calling and I was waiting for another 40 min only to be told that they did not have enough time because they needed to take other patients!

Horrible place! Where to even start? Clinic takes in non-licensed ( dentist and orthodontist and…read morehygienist )people from India to work undercover passing for orthodontist, the hygienist pretend to be orthodontist and gets offended when asked where she did her studies, they will always go for the high ticket item ( root canal, implants ) purposefully misguide you. They defraud the insurances with their direct billing. They make promises they cannot keep! The administration is unorganized, untrained and rude. Every time you are there someone is fighting with the admins and reception because of malpractice. They give you bullshit excuses like " we tried calling you" " we left you a message" Do not waste your time to save a couple of bucks as they defraud insurances so you do not pay the 20/10% your insurance does not cover. The person ( I cannot call them dentist) who takes wisdom teeth out is a savage who behaves like a veterinarian and has really bad breath for a dentist. I do not recommend anyone to go there! I will get my attorney involved as soon as I get back to Canada. I went to a dentist in the state who listed all the wrong doings. For ortho, they have no plan or even stable dentists , changes every now and then ( once they actually get their licence they leave ). Do not waste your time going there . Before the staff starts answering to this message - note that a complaint has been lodged with the Better Business Bureau and the RCDSO and I have all the proofs to back this up. Malpractice is rampant in this place . Don't believe the 5 star as they promises a 20% discount for good reviews . If you are cheap and a miser this place is for you, otherwise go to a real dentist clinic not a back alley abbortion place ! You were given multiple chances to make this right but never did. Dogs tail can't ever be straight not I will take action on behalf of all those you have defrauded and fooled/scammed Very frustrated with this place! Emotional and mental waste!
