    Kombucha

This place was just great to visit today! Great and friendly service, yummy tasting kombucha with a variety of flavors, and cute outside seating with a view of the trestle! Amy, the owner, is very sweet and helpfully told us a lot of information about all the kombucha. Note, there is also nitro coffee on tap for coffee lovers and some snacks to grab as well! I really enjoyed pretty much all the kombucha I tried! My fave regular kombucha was the Marin Sage flavor - sooooo good. It was recommended to us by Amy as well! My second fave was the GT's Cannabliss lemon berry kombucha with hemp - it was so yummy - like, so many of those CBD drinks are not great tasting IMHO, but this was absolutely delicious! Would def be worth getting a full glass of that one, which I'll likely do next time I'm in! Just such a nice stop, with yummy booch, and super friendly service! I'll be back soon!

Great meeting the owner who took us through her business and educating us a bit about Kombucha and it's health benefits. We were really intrigued by the concept of her business - a tap house, for kombucha ... infused with beer. She also offered some coffee on tap and hopes to expand her offerings soon with beer (and appetizers). Located in the downtown area just a block away from the beach.

Love this place! Amy the owner is so friendly and kind! They now offer food and beer/wine too. Check it out

This is a fun place to go with friends to try a variety of local kombucha, beer, wine, and coffee. One of my favorites is Living Swell's kombucha Notorious which is a raspberry and lemon flavor that tastes amazing on tap! Amy the owner is very nice and helpful about what to try. She is offering food now too that I look forward to trying asap. Plenty of comfy seating inside and there is an outside bar as well. It's right in the Capitola village and a short walk to the beach so it's location is perfect. This is definitely worth a stop next time you get a chance and it's always awesome to support a local business.

$7.00 Pellegrino Water. A bit much for water.... Inflation or just aggressive prices? Enough Said

The owner is the sweetest! I had an amazing time! The card system for payment is really cool. You can taste so many different beers, wines, ciders, and more! Super cute outdoor area and dog friendly

Staff was so friendly and we had a great time trying the different kinds of kombucha! We wish this was a thing in our town. Absolutely Loved the experience

This is a newly opened kombucha bar/taproom in downtown Capitola and it's really nicely done! You can try all the kombucha on tap and pay only for what you pour. They also sell bottles that you can fill if you take a liking to one flavour or mix in particular. The automated dispensing system was cool, for a nerd like me :-)

Their robust porter -- Chavez (and its sister beer Vanilla Joe) -- is excellent! Want something hoppy? Their unfiltered IPAs are delicious. Looking for a refreshing pilsner for the hot summer months? Yep, they got those too. And they're wonderful. If you're in the mood for some outstanding beer and you're near Santa Adairius, you're really in for a treat. Yes, it's a bit pricy -- but they're perfectionists and serve up some of the world's finest beers.

For Sante Adairius the beer that Steve and I had and I can report liked was their IPA known as Spots and Dots. This IPA was a bit more refreshing and fun compared to some IPA'S where it just seems like a blur from one brewery to the next and you wonder if you actually went to a different brewery from the previous one if you have IPA'S back to back. So in this regard I am happy to say that it was distinctive and had it's own signature. Flavor highlights with this IPA are hoppy, juicy and bitter. The beer is also aromatic and smooth. I found out later this brewery makes very good saisons so should the opportunity arise again to get a hold of one I certainly will as I love a good saison!

I believe this location doesn't have food options the way Pacifica does, but the Fish and Chip truck right outside pairs perfectly with their drinks. Service was great. There was plenty of seating, and we brought in two food vendors who were able to setup easily. My one complaint was that the A/V system was a bit broken throughout the event. Overall hugely impressed with them and my experience, very grateful!
