Do not do business with these people. They are NOT to be trusted. I cancelled my Sprint Plan and paid them the early termination fees. They never cancelled the service. Now Sprint has me in collection for hundreds of dollars. Buyer Beware. If you really want to see how good or bad a company is go read about them on Glass Door. Getting screwed by that "Pink House in Pflugerville" htttp://youtube.com/pinkhouse/phlugerville Most if not all of these reviews are old and as out of date as a "Nextel Authorized Dealer" which were for the most part "screwed" by Sprints new "brain washed" high school grads, now TMobile pink (looks like a whore house from the street, with little or no knowledge of the business model the cellular industry uses as a whole, due to the simple fact that it has been and will continue to be a shrinking revenue per customer (RPU) with continued dumbing down of the employees, poor quality equipment, putting more emphasis on services sold buy that grunt you are greeted by almost before you touch the handle of the door when you enter the store, herded like cattle to the slaughter house. oh and "THE MILK OF MAGNESIUM PINK" makes me throw up, and reminds me of just how sick these people are. Particularly Sprint which is now T Mobile. Now their stores look like massage parlors, All pink, where you pretendto be one legitimate service, but really people get so horney over an iphone, they walk right in and get f----ed and robbed and sign an agreement that you really knew you were getting screwed and are willing to let them do it again if you don't play by the new rules. oh well, who gives a rats ass. WORST experience ever which is the only consistent thing about this place. Every time I had to wait over an hour for someone to help me. They have 2 people working with other people in the back hanging out. The back people refuse to come out to help, leaving you standing there forever. read more

Buyer Beware. Used the Cedar Park Sprint store to upgrade to two Galaxy S4 phones. The sales associate upsold a mobile charger, playing on my wife's fear of not having a 'compatible' charger for her phone. The brand is Puregear. The charger failed after about three uses, with an intermittent at the plug. I tried to have the same store replace it today, but was informed, quite abruptly and without much concern for customer relations, that anything over 14 days could not be replaced. I will never, ever, visit a Capitol Wireless store again. They clearly do NOT need my business. read more

On Sept 14th 2013 I was seeking a new service provider because Verizon's data overage charges were becoming excessive for the amount of data I use regularly. Seeing as how Sprint offers unlimited data for what seemed like a reasonable price, I was excited to visit the Sprint store at 5400 Brodie Ln Suite #1260 Austin, TX 78745 (which I later found out is Capitol Wireless, a third party Sprint retailer).My experience at the store I must say was pleasant. Mostly because I thought I was getting a good deal, I thought. I don't remember the name of the man who helped me, but I do remember it was his last day because his wife is a doctor and she was seeking employment outside of Austin. There was another young man who took over the deal and presented me with the paperwork. I don't remember his name either but he had dark features with long dark hair. I clearly remember asking both of these gents what the bottom line would be every month, and both of these men said $91 a month. I explicitly asked, "Does that include taxes and everything?" and again the 2nd guy replied "$91 a month." I must have asked that question 5 times, and 5 times my answer was $91 a month. I received the bill, wow. The bill was certainly not $91 a month. My bill is $147.80 and includes an activation fee of $36.00, surcharges of $8.36, and of course taxes of $9.40. Also includes some kind of "spending limit charge" of $4 and some change, every month. A spending limit charge only adds to my spending limit! Again NONE OF THIS WAS DISCLOSED to me. It later occurred to me that the young man did not reply to me "yes this includes taxes" he just kept repeating "$91 a month." So he avoided my question while at the same time instilling in me a belief that the bill would be a TOTAL of $91 a month. I feel angry, I feel suckered, bamboozled, but mostly angry. Isn't it enough that I had to pay Verizon a large cancellation fee? On top of that, in appreciation for my business I get smacked with surcharges, a spending limit charge whatever that is, and an activation fee from Sprint. None of these additional fees were disclosed by the gentlemen at Capitol Wireless. When asked about additional fees I was purposely mislead. The contract that I signed had $91 in big bold font, and if any activation fee, or surcharges, or taxes are included in that contract they are in very small and tiny print. This is a gross misrepresentation of what was verbally sold to me. Furthermore and probably worst of all, the quality of Sprint coverage, or lack thereof, was most certainly not disclosed. It is my opinion that if you are attempting to attract Verizon customers who are accustomed to excellent coverage, you should let those potential Sprint customers know exactly what the tradeoff is. The tradeoff is low quality data speed and connection, for unlimited data usage. I now am wondering what exactly the benefit of unlimited data is if the data does not load in a timely fashion. Some videos won't load at all, some websites have taken over 15 minutes to load and display, and dropped call after dropped call is a way of life as a Sprint customer, or as I now like to refer to us...pee-ons. Both of these salesmen lacked integrity in this instance and by default, professionalism. Such a blatant misrepresentation by the employees at Capitol Wireless should most assuredly be addressed, unless of course they are trained to be lying "I'll do whatever it takes for a commission" scumbags. If that's the case then they were trained well are doing a fantastic job. I sent this same complaint to Capitol Wireless and was contacted by the District Manager Mr. Anthony Taitingfong. This guy seemed very concerned about my experience. He sent me a few emails saying he was waiting on his Sprint representative to give him the ok to come up with a solution. My request was only to have the activation fee reimbursed. I was willing to eat all the other BS charges. I have not heard from this district manager since Oct 28th, today is Dec 12th, 2013. This guy at first made me feel appreciated via his emails but when no solution was ever presented and the communication stopped that just amounts to this district manager giving me the runaround. Talk about making a bad situation worse! DO NOT patronize Capitol Wireless (looks like a Sprint store and all the employees have Sprint shirts on with Sprint logos all over the store but it is NOT A SPRINT store, Sprint will not vouch for their practices or policies and pretty much told me I have to deal with Capitol Wireless for any solution).
