We hired them for the last three years and always did a great job so we recommended them to neighbors. But this year they did a terrible job with some windows not cleaned, majority of the tracks not even touched, screen not put back. We have been trying to get in touch with them and give them a chance to correct the lousy job they did. All our phone and text messages went unanswered. They took their cash payment and are gone. Chase Bewley, Owner, Capitol Window Cleaning is the "bomb"! I called him from a neighbor reference, yesterday. He picked up my call and we confirmed an appointment to clean my gutters today at 9am. He arrived at our scheduled time. He cleaned my gutters and installed (pre purchased by me) gutter balloon guard filters. He even trimmed off a few crape myrtle tree branches that were leaning over my gutter. I found Chase to be very knowledgeable about roofs and gutters and down spots. He recommended a soft wash on the algae on my roof. He is also going to give me a quote on gutter filters on only a portion of my gutters where they are needed. Most companies won't offer this service unless you do the entire home. But, not Chase. Chase is honest, forthright, responsible, professional and puts customers first. He cleaned up my property and left it just as he found it...perfect! His prices were well below the other estimates I received for gutter cleaning. Let me talk about Chase. Chase is the owner and one of the nicest people I've met in a long time. Had him out to clean our gutters and came back when the weather was better to seal the seams in the gutters. An incredibly fair price and great work. I also found out he does screen repair for windows and sliding doors. Had him out today to replace the screen in the sliding door. Just couldn't be happier with the service he's provided. I have my windows cleaned a couple of times before. This time was the best time - I felt like my house got a facelift. Chase was super responsive and came by that day to take a look for an estimate. I was very happy with the professionalism and friendliness. Both guys were quick to get the work done and make conversation! They cleaned inside and out panes and most of the tracks.
