Jakob is always great. I appreciate him. This time he set my mind at ease about a problem that started recently.

I have been going here a bit. My issue with this is their time. My appointment is at 9:20, I got there and checked in at 9:04. I had been in the waiting room until 9:40, and I'm in the room still waiting for my doctor at 9:55. I finally got out of the appointment at 10:01 to be told I either can do PT or get a referal to a better urologist? A huge waste of time and made me feel unheard. Do not Recommend at all. Not to mention they havent updated my weight nor anything else since a whole year and just kept entering the same one. Great job. read more

When getting examined I was squeezed really hard with out warning and told that my pain was nothing.

Jacob Clapper was amazing! He provided information that we could understand. Detailed with all the options given. Took us back to look at the CAT scan. Drew pictures to elaborate the process. Every visit I have been to I am treated like I am famil. My questions are always answered. Great staff.

Took my Son in to get a catheter removed. They removed it, but put another one in. Another appointment $$$$ a week later to take the second one out $$$$. Why? And, you forgot to give him any leg straps or a way to secure it, so he walked around for a week carrying his bag of piss. I'm thinking that perhaps you will now take him out of your system! read more

Had a problem with a bill from them. The office manager was rude, snotty and told me "if I knew so much about billing, I should become a medical biller" (I'm a medical assistant). The receptionist imputed the wrong numbers in the computer and we were billed for another patient's procedure. We now see another urologist. read more
