Angela is an exceptional professional with over two decades of service and her expertise truly sets her apart. In 2021, Ms. Savage assisted me in selling my condominium of 14 years and recommending things to do to improve the property to sell and giving me a base price to list at. I obviously wanted more, but her knowledge of the current market was spot on and the right buyer was available to help facilitate this closing. Fast forward February 2025. Ms. Savage was aware that I had been looking for a new home since late November 2024 and was sending me updates almost daily on homes that I was interested in South Salinas that met at least three requirements that I had: a) awesome kitchen b) two car garage c) a nice backyard to entertain and/or relax. She made recommendations that made sense and noted that they could be resolved with the seller/buyer agreements (contingency). The negotiations really made a difference as I felt lost in the paperwork and she reassured and went over anything I was unfamiliar with. Overall, I am happy with the purchase I had made and the ability to live in a part of South Salinas, that I always dreamed I could.
