Have been going to this laundromat for over 10 years before this new owner Tony Didonato took over…read more He doesn't refund when his machines malfunctions and doesn't work and becareful of buying anything from the vending machines alot of stuff in the snack and soda is expired. He owns the one on pillow street and the one on Monroe street locations several times we have went in and the washers leak and don't work and the dryers don't work you put a note saying it doesn't work and the note is down and the stuff still isn't working. We put $10 dollars in the change machine by the snack and soda machines at the pillow street location and the machine malfunctions and didn't give us our charge or money back left a note saying that and never got refunded and now moving to this past Sunday 10/6/2024 we went into the laundromat to do laundry and got some Hershey candy bars one being expired 06/2024 and a Diet Mt Dew being expired 08/05/2024 and left a note and emailed the owner this time he calls and banned be from both locations because he refuses to take responsibility of his businesses and he bans anyone who calls him out on it.
