Thanh was very informative about what needed to be done and was able to fit me in for the work at my convenience. The work was done in one day as promised and the price for the work and parts was fair and reasonable. It is such a relief to be able to find honest and friendly mechanics. The work was done as well as any toyota dealership. He was very careful about inspection and fixing it correctly. He even did the crankshaft seal as a precaution even though i wasnt aware that it needed replacing. You cant get a better service and at a fair and honest price for the work. Hello everyone! In couple words: i am lucky that i got to…read morethis repair shop, and very thankful for honest attitude!!! Thank you so much! I was sent here to repair transmission (the reason why i started finding answers was noise while driving and breaking), but instead, diagnostic showed that transmission is ok, and they said me "we don't repair things whish are not broken". And then i returned to the place (it was Akin Autorepair) which sent me to Dale Transmission, and here began conflict: they started scare me that my transmission is bad and axle can come out while driving(what was not true, i asked in official dealer), and complain that Dale transmission is not competent(what was pretty boldly and not polite from their side), and tried to send me to another transmission autorepair (by the way it would cost me at least 3000 dollars). I had not choice and went to official dealer, full diagnostic, which costed a lot. But they said "last word" - transmission is ok, and the reason of noise is bad front right hub, which need to replace. After that i came back to Dale Transmission and they changed my front hub, like exception, because they repair transmission only.

I told him I can accept the charge and I need the receipt with the $40 additional charge to follow up with groupon about it. The owner said I am not interested in the deal anymore and asked me to leave and get a refund from groupon. I also noticed the owner increased the break fluid flush price on groupon from $160 to $240 after I left the shop today. It's a really bad experience for customers that the owner can change his mind and reject the service. Update for owner's review below "a vehicle that is directly not covered in the advertisement" , groupon adversisement doesn't mention any special vehicle price. After the owner told me to charge additional $40, I was confused and later accepted the charge while telling him to get the receipt for reference then I can follow up with groupon. After that, the owner refused to do the service. I guess the owner don't want his practice to be exposed to groupon. The owner could have listed the additional charge on the groupon website in the beginning to let customers be clear about all the cost.
