He was very polite and helpful and cheerful even though it was cold and a bit rainy outside. He changed the tire and said he would take us on top of the tow truck to a nearby gas station because our spare with low on air and he wanted to make sure we didn't damage the tire. It was at that point that he noticed that one of our other tires had a wire coming out of it. So he took us to the local Walmart instead to get a new tire. He could've very possibly have saved our lives due to his attention to detail. Our six-hour trip is turning out to be quite a bit longer than we anticipated but at least we'll get home in one piece. I had a flat tire on my motorcycle, called them as they "were local" to where I was with my flat. They originally told me they'd be there in 30 minutes or less, happy to take the payment and then I waited. Got a call from "the driver" in 10 minutes, said he'd be there in 20 minutes, so I thought "ok that's 30 minutes, cool". But 40 minutes later, no show. So I called and was assured they'd be there in 5-10 minutes. 20 minutes later, still no show. I call and hear "oh sorry they had to go to an emergency". Well kind of thought I had my own emergency, so clearly I'm less important or just not important enough to call and say "hey sorry this came up and we'll be late". When the driver did show up (an hour and 20 minutes later), he didn't speak English, couldn't get the motorcycle wheel adaptor to work (he didn't appear to know how it worked). Driving to the motorcycle dealer he was trying to watch (I kid you not), a soccer game on his phone while he drove. When I called back to complain, it fell on deaf ears. So take my experience as a warning. This is not a quality operation. Even though they seem so friendly when you call asking for help.
